The Site is intended for business use by engineers, procurement teams, system integrators, and other professional visitors evaluating GNSource products. You may view product pages, download available documentation, and submit inquiries for legitimate B2B purposes.

Product specifications, photographs, and application examples on the Site are provided for general reference. Performance figures reflect typical values under conditions described in product datasheets. GNSource continuously improves its products and reserves the right to modify specifications, connectors, dimensions, or form factors without prior notice. Final, binding specifications will be confirmed on a customer-specific basis as part of a quotation or purchase agreement. Images may represent product family members and may not depict the exact variant shipped.

The Site and its content — including text, images, product illustrations, technical drawings, the GNSource name and logo, product model codes (e.g., TDXL-series), and software — are owned by GNSource or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site content without prior written permission, except for limited internal evaluation and procurement purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to solicit unlawful activity.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach authentication or security measures.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or contact data through automated means beyond common search-engine indexing.
• Impersonate another person or organization in submitting inquiries.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with product inquiries.

Many GNSource products, including anti-jamming CRPA arrays and defense-grade RF antennas, are subject to export-control regulations in multiple jurisdictions, which may include (without limitation) Chinese export-control law, the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and European Union dual-use export regulations. By submitting an inquiry, you represent that the intended end user, end use, and destination country are lawful; that you are not subject to any sanctions or denied-party listing; and that you will not re-export or transfer GNSource products in violation of applicable law. GNSource reserves the right to decline inquiries or orders that cannot be cleared under applicable export-control policies.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. GNSource does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Product-specific warranties, if any, are governed by the written purchase agreement between GNSource and the customer and are not created by this Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GNSource will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on its content, even if GNSource has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. GNSource does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to the courts having competent jurisdiction at GNSource's registered address in Shenzhen.

GNSource may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
