FAQ

Inquiry FAQs

Response time, datasheet access, sample availability, NDA procedure, and what to include in your quote request.

How quickly does GNSource respond to inquiries?

Our engineering team responds to quote requests within 24 business hours for standard products. Complex custom-design inquiries may take 2–3 business days for initial scoping and qualifying questions before a formal technical proposal is prepared.

Can I download datasheets directly from the website?

Specification overviews are visible on each product category page. Full datasheets for specific SKUs are provided with the quote package once an inquiry is qualified. For defense-grade and NDA-restricted products, datasheets are released after inquiry review and export-control clearance.

Do you offer samples for evaluation?

Sample units are available for evaluation on select standard products, typically at adjusted pricing with a minimum engagement. Include "sample request" in your inquiry message along with the intended evaluation scope, platform, timeline, and expected production volume so our team can scope the engagement appropriately.

Do you sign NDAs for defense or custom projects?

Yes. Mutual non-disclosure agreements are standard for defense-grade inquiries and custom-design projects. Your legal team can propose an NDA template, or we can provide ours as a starting point.

What should I include in a quote request to get the fastest response?

Model(s) of interest, target quantity, operating environment (airborne, shipborne, ground vehicle, UAV, handheld), required frequency bands and polarization, target delivery date, and destination country (needed for export-control screening). The more specific the better — complete information lets engineering skip clarification rounds and respond with actionable proposals.
